This entailed design of a high end residence on a very steep site. Careful consideration of this site made this challenge a pleasure in that we were able to design a split level villa. Externally, we made use of bush hammered yellow stones which made the house even grander. Project is complete. Project cost is Ksh. 22,000,000.00
