P.C.E.A. Church in Thogoto, Kikuyu saw the need to create a high end home for the elderly on their 5 acre piece of gently sloping land. Konvex designs were appointed as the Architects to carry out this proposal after emerging as the winners in a competition involving three other Architectural firms. The proposed home is to include self-contained rooms, rooms catering for the disabled elderly, a common kitchen/hall, church & other support facilities. Project is at finance sourcing stage. Project cost is Ksh. 44,000,000.00
