Courtesy Beach is a scenic area with a man-made dam along the Thika superhighway just past the Kiganjo training college. Our clients, Clarks Exhibition Ltd. approached us to design for them a hotel with self-contained rooms, conference facilities & a restaurant. The site is steep & narrow thus we came up with a design that sites perfectly with the slopy terrain. Project is at groundbreaking stage. Project cost is Ksh. 66,000,000.00
